Levels

Level I: Beginners and newcomers with no or little previous exposure to Iyengar yoga.

Level II: Continuing beginners.

Level III: Advanced beginners to intermediate students: those ready to begin working on, or else already practising, headstands, the deeper backbends etc.

General Information

Please do not eat immediately before class. Wear loose and comfortable clothing such as T-shirts, shorts, foot-less tights etc. All studios have belts, blankets and necessary props, but changing area is limited. Please be prepared to declare any significant health problems.
